The Office of College and Career Counselling (O3C) at Northstar is dedicated to supporting students in their academic, career and personal development. Our mission is to empower students to make informed decisions about their future through comprehensive resources, guidance and support.

Our counsellors and advisors work closely with students to identify their strengths, interests and goals. Together, they explore career paths, consider appropriate majors and develop practical strategies aligned with each learner’s aspirations.

Every student’s journey is unique. Whether a learner is unsure about a direction, considering higher education or preparing to take a first professional step, our door is open with individual guidance at every stage.
